Repair/Refurbishment of Nortel Products
We have a state-of-the-art, in-house repair facility to meet every repair
need from phones to circuit packs. Our staff of Nortel technicians is
second to none in the industry.
All our repairs carry an 18-month warranty. For most orders, we offer
a seven-day turnaround, but in emergencies, we do everything possible
to fit your schedule.
After we repair your products, they not only function perfectly, but
they look brand new. Repaired phones return individually packaged and
boxed and include new:
- Handset cords
- Line cords
- Lit packs
- Housing, if requested
For a small additional charge, we also offer advance repair service.
In the event your product needs repair, we send replacement equipment
first so you experience minimal downtime.
