Option 11c

Meridian 1 Option 11C is a digital PBX for enterprises, delivering advanced applications and carrier-grade, five-nines reliability for traditional voice and Voice over IP communications. Expandable to 800 lines, it supports desktop and system features of larger Meridian 1 systems, including digital and IP telephones, IP Gateways, mobility (802.11) communications, voice messaging, call center, PC-based system management, and multimedia applications.

 

Option 61c

Meridian 1 Option 61C is a carrier-grade platform supporting both traditional voice and Voice over IP communications for enterprises requiring from 200 to 2000 lines. With "five-nines" reliability, it delivers applications and features including support for traditional and IP telephones, IP and 802.11 Wireless IP Gateways, Unified Messaging, Call Center applications, PC-based System Management, remote solutions, and multimedia communications.

 

Option 81c

Meridian 1 Option 81C delivers traditional voice and Voice over IP communications for large enterprises requiring from 200 to 16,000 lines. M2000 Series

Nortel Networks Meridian M2000 Series Digital Telephones includes a single-line telephone, a multi-line business phone, a performance-plus business phone, an ACD telephone set, and a secure telephone for specialized communications.

M2006

2006 - Nortel Networks M2006 provides basic, economical communications typically required in lobbies, cafeterias, and warehouses. In addition to one line key, five programmable keys provide one-touch access to features such as Conference, Transfer and Call Forward. In limited access areas such as a lobby or night entrance, keys can be programmed to dial specific departments such as Security, Human Resources, etc.

 

M2008

2008 - Nortel Networks M2008 is a standard multi-line business telephone for use with the Meridian 1 and Meridian SL100 systems. Eight programmable feature keys provide quick access to lines and features. The M2008HF model includes a built-in speakerphone.

 

M2616

2616 - The Nortel Networks M2616 is designed for people who require multiple lines and quick access to a broad range of features, as well as the convenience of high quality, built-in handsfree communications. By adding one or two 22-button Key Expansion Modules, the basic complement of 16 programmable keys can be increased to 38 or 60 keys for additional lines or access to powerful Meridian 1 features.

 

M2216

2216 - The M2216ACD digital telephone is designed for the specialized requirements of agents and supervisors in the call center environment. The M2216ACD includes, standard, a built-in 2-line x 24 character alphanumeric display that provides vital incoming call information required by agents for customized greetings. Dual headset jacks enable supervisors to train and monitor agents' performance while they are talking with callers.

M3901

M3901 - The M3901 Entry Telephone is an economical digital phone solution. This single-line entry-level phone is perfect for use in places such as lobbies or reception areas, cafeterias, hallways, and other areas where telephone use is occasional. It supports up to five programmable features, particularly optimized for Auto Dial. A convenient feature card identifies features and Auto Dial-numbers.

 

M3902

M3902 - Designed for light telephone use in areas such as manufacturing, warehouses, and other business environments, the M3902 Basic Telephone brings a display-based interface and handsfree capability to this single-line phone. Self-labeling keys, "Smart" Mute, and user-selectable options make this a powerful single-line solution. The M3902 also increases its capabilities by supporting a cartridge accessory to add new features and capabilities.

 

M3903

M3903 - The M3903 Enhanced Telephone is a multi-line digital phone supporting up to four lines and/or features. The productivity-enhancing Call Log feature displays the incoming and outgoing calls while the fixed feature keys allow you to switch easily from handset or handsfree to headset use, personalize the phone using the Options list, and quickly access your voice messaging system.

 

M3904

M3904 - The M3904 Professional Telephone is a multi-line digital phone supporting up to 12 lines. Enhancements include offering the largest display in its class, a Personal Directory, Call Log, and a variety of user selectable options. Support for Personal Directory PC Utility allows you to create a directory of up to 100 names and download it to the phone. The Phase 3 M3904 also supports Full Duplex Handsfree with the addition of the new Full Duplex Handsfree Accessory that easily snaps into the Accessory Connection Module.

 

M3905

M3905 - The M3905 Call Center Telephone is the multi-line digital phone designed for the specialized needs of the most demanding call center agents and supervisors. The M3905 includes a direct-connect headset jack for agents, as well as a supervisor port. The supervisor port works in conjunction with the Supervisor Observe button to listen in on an active call, or listen and talk.

 

M3900 Snap-in Accessories

Nortel Networks M3900 Series Snap-in Accessories expand the features and services of the display-based M3900 Digital Telephones. These easily installed snap-in cartridges are: Analog Terminal Adapter, External Alerter and Recording Interface, Personal Directory PC Utility, Computer Telephony Integration Adapter, and Full Duplex Handsfree Module.

Key-based Expansion Module

Nortel Networks M3900 Key-based Expansion Module provides 22 keys for any combination of lines and features. The M3904 and M3905 each support up to two expansion modules, for a total of 44 additional keys.
